When it comes to hospitality projects, our goal is to balance the needs of our clients and the needs of their patrons. This means prioritizing not only the functional needs of the owner to maximize efficiency and profit, but also the experience of the customer. Past projects have included restaurants, bars, coffee shops, motels, and hotels.
This 40,000 sq. ft. entertainment venue features bowling, axe throwing, arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, multiple bars, and party/dining spaces. The design balanced aesthetics, functionality, and user experience across diverse activity zones. Careful space planning and consultant coordination ensured smooth circulation and construction sequencing. Acoustic strategies helped separate louder areas from quieter ones. Flexible, multi-use spaces were designed to host events from 12 to 150 guests, allowing for both intimate gatherings and large functions. The result is a dynamic, family-friendly environment that delivers a cohesive and premier entertainment experience for the South Shore community.
